Nice to meet you! I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a vivid passion for psychiatric and overall mental wellbeing. I have experience in psychiatric care and addiction treatment with co-occurring disorders. It is a privilege and sacred honor to care for one's innermost world. 

My personal philosophy is derived from a core belief that in order to address parts, we must address the whole. I believe strongly in a holistic approach including our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health to drive our most optimal wellbeing. This is accomplished through healthy relationships, psychotherapy, medication, and utilization of community supports. 

Together we will establish a supportive and transparent relationship built on honesty and shared decision making. You can expect mutual goal setting, an environment of respect, and unwavering support.
